Anniversary

It's hard to believe that our 50th Reunion was one year ago this weekend. It won't be too long before it is in the dim past;time marches on. But it is safe to say we all had a good time.

Hope everyone had an opportunity to receive and enjoy Paul Vinton's wonderful commemorative book.

Condolences to Ray McShane and his family. Ray's mother Catherine, age 97, passed on earlier this week.

It's been a busy year, but we escaped from Dallas for the week to the Great Smoky Mountains, close to where Martha was born and grew up. It was cool and crisp. Stayed in a cabin on a mountainside near Bryson City, NC on the south side of the the National Park. We've stayed there a number of times previously, and if anyone is interested I can give your our host's contact information. Sure beats hotels/motels.
